Ed Chiasson of Massachusetts. Since 1970, I have been
raising Fancy Show Guppies for pleasure and show. I won numerous awards over the years showing Fancy Show Guppies. In my latter years of breeding Fancy Show Guppies, I decided to break out of the mold typical for breeders in the International Fancy Guppy Association show circuit. This awakening came after winning a class championship in the early 1990's.

Luke Roebuck of California. I have been
raising and
breeding fancy
guppies for over forty years, and showing IFGA quality fancy guppies
for
10 years. I am a native of the country
of Trinidad
& Tobago, where I lived all my pre-adult life. In the South Caribbean, I raised wild, store-bought, and imported,
show-quality (Wasserman) guppies back in the early 70's. I am currently an
active IFGA certified Judge. I maintain over 250 tanks of show quality guppies,
(numbers are always changing) some of which have done quite well at recent IFGA
guppy shows.

Stan Shubel of Michigan. My interest in guppies started
in the early 1940's. However it wasn't until 1956 that I set up my first tank. As it usually happens as the fish multiplied so did the number of tanks. The fish I originally started with would be considered semi-fancy by today's standards. Since that time the fish have won hundreds of trophies and awards. They have also provided base breeding stock for many of yesterdays and today's top guppy breeders. A few years back I wrote a book
entitled "THE PROPER CARE OF GUPPIES" published by T.F.H.

Darryl Tsutsui of Hawaii. Aloha! It's no secret that I LUV
GUPPIES! The first fish that I ever got 36 years ago were guppies. They were called red fantails at the time, and I still remember how excited I was when the female threw her first brood. I still marvel at it today. Now my fishroom consists of 150+ tanks, mostly guppies of some 21 strains. I get the greatest pleasure from creating my own strains, while still maintaining these "pure" lines. Thanks for stopping by, and email me if you just want to talk gupps. Mahalo!

Doug White of Canada. I have been
active in Guppies
for many years and
have
successfully raised award winning, show quality stock. My intent in having
a Web Site like this one is to share this wonderful hobby and to promote it's
growth and popularity. This is not such a difficult thing to do as these
beautiful fish speaks volumes. Young and old are enjoying tropical fish from a
tank in the living room to a entry at a national fish show.
