Paul has been into guppies since the late '60's and won his first IFGA Class Champion in '70. He is an IFGA Judge, #14 and the Chairman of the prestigious IFGA Judging Board. He was also named to the inaugural class of IFGA Master Breeders and to the Guppy Hall of Fame. His experience and accomplishments could fill a website on their own. The CGC is very lucky to have such guppy royalty among us. He has been and continues to be a mentor to many us.
